Kathryn M. Hyde, daughter of Winton and Dorothy Mae (Atkinson) Williams was born July 30, 1930 in Webster County Missouri and departed this life March 3, 2013 at the age of eighty-two years.

On March 28, 1954 she was united in marriage to Bill Hyde. They were blessed with five children.

Kathryn was a lifelong resident of Marshfield and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Marshfield. She was a nurse by profession, working 17 years for Mercy Hospital and working with Dr. Tommy Macdonnell and Dr. Bob Bareis at the Marshfield Clinic. She was the school nurse for Marshfield Elementary. Kathryn also loved to bowl and call Bingo for the residents at Webco Manor.

Preceding her in death were her parents, and her husband Bill.

She is survived by her children, Ross Hyde and Joey of Springfield, Jeff Hyde and Chris Hyde and Tricia all of Wichita, Kansas, Julie Shadwick and Stephen of Niangua, and Huck Hyde and Camilla of Springfield; 7 grandchildren, Ben, Cody, Taylor, Seth, Will, Josh and Justin; her sister, Marcella Baldwin of Marshfield and her brother, Jack Williams of Springfield.

A Celebration of Life service for Kathryn will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 9, 2013 in Day Funeral Home, Marshfield, MO, with Rev. Durwin Kicker officiating. Burial will follow in Marshfield Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church and left in care of the funeral home.
